Un objectif particuli\u00e8rement complexe, car un four qui en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la cuisson de la pizza devait cette fois-ci cuire une p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain <strong>crue<\/strong> de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Derri\u00e8re le succ\u00e8s de cette journ\u00e9e au niveau du public et des m\u00e9dias, il y a non seulement des ingr\u00e9dients d\u2019une excellence indiscutable, mais aussi <strong>une \u00e9quipe bien synchronis\u00e9e et un four qui a travaill\u00e9 sans rel\u00e2che pendant 10 heures<\/strong>, en garantissant un r\u00e9sultat \u00a0capable de sublimer les traditions du pain artisanal et d\u2019un jambon unique au monde.<a href=\"https:\/\/discoveryzanolli.com\/fr\/discovery-four-a-tunnel-ventile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Le four \u00e0 tunnel<\/a> a l\u2019avantage de pouvoir cuire sans interruption le produit qui d\u00e9file, il est donc tr\u00e8s fiable en termes <strong>d\u2019homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9<\/strong>. Le mod\u00e8le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zanollifours.fr\/p\/synthesis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Synthesis 08\/50<\/strong><\/a> s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 le mieux adapt\u00e9 pour les dimensions et la largeur de son convoyeur. En ayant test\u00e9 auparavant les diff\u00e9rents param\u00e8tres, la cuisson de chaque m\u00e8tre de pain \u00e0 210\u00b0C a demand\u00e9 environ 12 minutes, les op\u00e9rations de cuisson ont donc commenc\u00e9 tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t et se sont poursuivies jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la derni\u00e8re miette. Un processus bien calcul\u00e9 qui pr\u00e9voyait en amont le boulanger, le Synthesis Zanolli tout de suite apr\u00e8s, et 25 tables align\u00e9es pour la phase de la farce.
