Over 220 square meters of space set up to welcome you and accompany you on a journey through our range of professional ovens and machines.

 

Among the new products on display, you will find:

AVGVSTO 4

The AVGVSTO family is enriched with a third model with a fixed base. Compact dimensions suitable for small premises, bistros, and restaurants with a pizza corner.

Our new electric dome oven features a larger and more ergonomic control panel. AVPN certified for Verace Pizza Napoletana.

 

 

SYNTHESIS TOUCH IoT

Our iconic tunnel oven now features a latest-generation touch panel. Extremely sensitive to touch and highly resistant to impact.

The IoT connection and remote management via the Zanolli Web App allow constant monitoring of consumption for greater energy savings.

 

 

 

International guests will enliven our workshop with lots of cooking shows featuring pizza, pastries, and gastronomy. We will make sure you have everything you need.
