The Zanolli digital platform is implemented by a Web App at your disposal.

You can control your oven remotely using the Zanolli App:

Start a specific cooking programme.
Adjust the oven’s cooking settings (temperature, roof power, bedplate power, cooking time).
Communicate with the machines through the Web App on a PC or smartphone, controlling their operation and obtaining valuable information about their use.
Analyse the machine data, identifying malfunctions in advance, thereby reducing repair times and downtime.
Collect usage data about the machines such as energy consumption, machine usage time periods etc.
