The Zanolli Synthesis air ventilated tunnel oven features a conveyer that transfers the product from the entrance to the end of the cooking chamber in a set time. Maximum temperature is 320°C and is reached in approximately 20 minutes, definitely enough for a perfectly baked pizza.

The air ventilated tunnel oven makes the most of convection. Baking takes place thanks to the optimised ventilation system: the product is placed on a mesh that moves at a constant speed (adjustable) and here it is entirely enveloped by small jets of hot air that ensure even and constant baking.

The Zanolli Synthesis tunnel oven is modular. Several modules of it can be stacked on top of each other or combined to form a line; Zanolli Synthesis can also be combined with a static module or chamber.
